Welcome to Negadelphia and the fluctuating temperature of the Philadelphia Eagles fan base. The men and women who make up this collective can be hard to read.

One minute, they're overjoyed. The next... They're down in the dumps. One must only examine the standings and the feedback from the most recent game to determine how they feel.

If you remember, we told you that this might happen. Birds fans are a passionate bunch, but sometimes, that passion can be detrimental to the collective's psyche.

The emotional health of an entire fan base is often tied to wins and losses. Every ebb and flow and every game's outcome sparks emotional roller-coasters.

Sometimes, you don't know what you will hear from week to week. No, scratch that. Nothing can be further from the truth. We knew exactly what we were walking into when we entered the bye with a 2-2 record.

Panic set in. Then, it came and went despite a five-game winning streak that has followed. Hope springs eternal. Following a blowout win over the Dallas Cowboys, we shift our attention to another divisional opponent and we ask ourselves a question.

Now what?

Predicting the Eales final eight games

Philly has climbed over the hump. Nine games are gone. Eight remain. We're beginning to understand what the identity of this team is.

Kellen Moore and Vic Fangio have learned what their guys do well, and they're putting them in positions to be successful. It's been a joy to watch.

That has probably contributed most to the Eagles' recent winning streak. Here's how we see the rest of their regular season playing out.

Week 11 - Eagles vs Washington Commanders (Thursday Night Football)

Thursday, November 14th at 8:15 pm EST
Lincoln Financial Field

Philly's next test is the first of their pair of annual clashes with the Washington Commanders. This one comes on a short week for both teams.

Jayden Daniels has been amazing. How will he bounce back following Washington's recent loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers? We believe he'll play well but suffer a second consecutive loss.

Welcome to adversity rookie!

Final score prediction: Eagles 27 - Commanders 17

Week 12 - Eagles at Los Angeles Rams (Sunday Night Football)

Sunday, November 24th at 8:20 pm EST
SoFi Stadium

After the short week comes a mini-bye. The Birds fly west to tackle the Los Angeles Rams. Frankly, we're encouraged by what we saw from L.A. on Monday Night Football.

Sure, they will have had almost two weeks to make adjustments between Week 10's final game and their date with Philly in Week 12. We believe, however, that there's so much hindering them and the Birds are the better team.

Final score prediction: Eagles 34 - Rams 30

Week 13 - Eagles at Baltimore Ravens

Sunday, December 1st at 4:25 pm EST
M&T Bank Stadium

We circled this one a long time ago. Lamar Jackson is one of the top QBs Philly will face this season, and now he's been given Derrick Henry.

The Ravens are the real deal, and they're playing this one at home. We fear this might precipitate the Eagles' third loss of the season.

Final score prediction: Eagles 20 - Ravens 30

Week 14 - Eagles vs Carolina Panthers

Sunday, December 8th at 1 pm EST
Lincoln Financial Field

We say this with our chests (as Eagles superfan Kevin Hart would say). The Eagles have NO BUSINESS losing to the Carolina Panthers.

The Eagles are the better team. We expect them to play as such, especially seeing as how we're talking about a game being played in Week 14.

Final score prediction: Eagles 34 - Carolina 13

Week 15 - Eagles vs Pittsburgh Steelers

Sunday, Dec 15th at 4:25 pm EST
Lincoln Financial Field

The Eagles have never beaten Russell Wilson. In a season where they've broken jinxes (winning in Cincinnati and Arlington), we expect them to break another.

Philly gets the win here. They beat the Pittsburgh Steelers by two scores.

Final score prediction: Eagles 34 - Steelers 24

Week 16 - Eagles at Washington Commanders

Sunday, Dec 22nd at 1 pm EST
FedEx Field

Here's what we're thinking. After Washington loses to Pittsburgh and Philadelphia in consecutive weeks, they rebound with wins vs. the Dallas Cowboys, Tennessee Titans, and New Orleans Saints.

That would mean the Eagles and Commanders meet in Week 16 with respective records of 11-3 and 10-4. That makes this one a battle for first place in the NFC East, one that Philly wins to complete the season sweep.

Final score prediction: Eagles 23- Commanders 27

Week 17 - Eagles vs Dallas Cowboys

Sunday, Dec 29th at 4:25 pm EST
Lincoln Financial Field

It looks like Rayne Dakota Prescott is done for the season. With that, the Dallas Cowboys season is now about planning for the future.

We'd prefer if Philly didn't take it easy on them and they ran up the score. Remember January of 2022?

Philly completes the season sweep here. That brings their record in the NFC East to 5-0 with a game to play in the regular season.

Oh yeah! We most certainly can dig it! How about you?

Final score prediction: Eagles 20 - Cowboys 27

Week 18 - Eagles vs New York Giants

TBD
Lincoln Financial Field

We know these two rivals meet in the regular-season finale. We just don't know the date and time yet. We are, however, comfortable with predicting an outcome.

The Eagles wear their all-black jerseys, an ensemble they have yet to lose in while playing the G-Men. Unlike last season, the regular-season finale ends on a high note and an Eagles coronation as NFC East champs!

Final score prediction: Eagles 31 - Giants 10

Final 2024 - 2025 Eagles regular-season record:13-4
Result: Winners of the NFC East - The second-seeded playoff team in the NFC
