It is now one week from training camp for the Philadelphia Eagles, and no fan has a single clue how things are going to go down.
There are position battles all over the place for Philly, but there isn't a lack of talent. This is one of the most talented rosters in the NFL and has a chance to be Super Bowl contenders if things are done the right way.
Looking at the roster, though, the coaching staff is going to have a tough time picking who should make the team. Here is the Eagles' final 53-man roster prediction with some surprises thrown in there.

Biggest surprise: Mac McWilliams makes roster over Jonathan Jones
Jones is a veteran and will push the room, but the Eagles made an investment in McWilliams, and he has shown signs of good development. Philly has not had the best track record of bringing in veterans at cornerback over the last year and them working out. The Eagles will stick with someone who knows defensive coordinator Vic Fangio's scheme and roll with McWilliams.
Players immediately in danger: Darius Cooper, Cole Wisniewski, Ty Robinson
Cooper has to battle with Wilson and Elijah Moore, but ultimately, his work on special teams should help him sneak onto the roster. Wisniewski benefits from a weak safety room, and with so many comparisons to Reed Blankenship, it would be hard to let him walk. Robinson is borderline going to make the roster, but if Brandon Graham comes back another season, there's a strong chance he'll be on the practice squad.

Training camp's biggest roster toss-up: Safety
It feels like Epps should be the starter, but there are a lot of choices to pick from and maybe not the greatest ones. Carter is going to be his biggest competition, but Wisniewski has a chance to surprise people. Gray was more brought in as a special teams ace, so the job is down to three people, with Mukuba occupying the other starting position.
