Well, it was far from a pretty win, but the Philadelphia Eagles took care of business over the Buffalo Bills 13-12, and still have meaningful football to play with one more week to go.
While the Eagles' offense had a disappointing 190 yards in the win, the defense stepped up with a massive two-point conversion stop with five seconds left to get the victory. Philly moved to 11-5 on the season and still holds the number three seed.
As for what's to come in Week 18, the Eagles still have things to play for, as their seeding can still change. After the events of the Chicago Bears-San Francisco 49ers game, there are still a lot of moving pieces.
Updated Week 17 NFC playoff picture for Eagles
While the number one seed is out of the picture, the Eagles can still move up to the number two seed and clinch at least home games in the Wild Card, and if they win the divisional round. Here is what the NFC playoff picture looks like going into the final game of Week 17:
1. Seattle Seahawks (13-3)
2. Chicago Bears (11-5)
3. Philadelphia Eagles (11-5)
4. Carolina Panthers (8-8)
5. San Francisco 49ers (12-4)
6. Los Angeles Rams (11-4)
7. Green Bay Packers (9-6-1)
That Bears loss on Black Friday continues to haunt the Eagles, with Chicago holding the NFC's No. 2 seed. For Philly, the path to number two is much simpler than it was going into Week 17.
The Eagles need to get a win over the Washington Commanders in Week 18. They also need the Bears to lose a second straight game against the Detroit Lions to get the number two seed. If the teams end in a tiebreaker, the Bears will get the number two seed because of that November win between the two teams.
That's it. No more complicated playoff scenarios. It's just get the win and hope the Bears lose to move up.

The Eagles will have some tough decisions to make regarding the starters, but moving up is the difference between playing one of the tough NFC West opponents and playing the struggling Green Bay Packers in the Wild Card. If anyone were in Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni's position, it's an easy call to send the starters out against the Commanders and gun for that number two seed.
