5. Oakland Raiders
Blake Bortles
Quarterback, University of Central Florida

Oakland’s number one quarterback will probably be Matt Schaub. Not exactly a comforting thought given his performance last season with Houston Texans. Their number two quarterback, Matt McGloin has one more interception than games played last season. Again, not very comforting. Bortles can bring fresh blood and a fresh perspective to the Raiders.

6. Atlanta Falcons
Jake Matthews
Offensive Tackle, Texas A&M

Atlanta Falcons quarterback Matt Flynn needs a little help on the line to keep him from being planted. With the recently departed Falcons tight end Tony Gonzolez out of the picture this season, Flynn will need an extra step behind the line.

7. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Mike Evans
Wide Receiver, Texas A&M

Currently the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have only one starting wide receiver, Vincent Jackson. There’s a rumor that new head coach Lovie Smith would love to draft Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel. But as rumors go it’s hard to put a lot of stock in that. The Bucs need all the downhill threats  they can get.

8. Minnesota Vikings
Johnny Manziel
Quarterback, Texas A&M

The Vikings can’t afford to pass on Johnny Football. They have two decent quarterbacks in Matt Cassell and Christian Ponder. This would be an early Christmas present for the Vikings. They could use one of the quarterbacks as trade bait for another second round pick.
