The Colts were marching down the field and in position for what would have been a clinching field goal, but got greedy and passed on a third-and-nine play. Malcolm Jenkins jumped the route and came up with a huge interception, and the Eagles had life.
After missing Maclin down the field, Foles dumped the ball to Sproles on a screen play for 51 yards, setting the Birds up with first-and-goal at the 6. Foles hit Maclin on a crossing route on the next play to tie the score, 27-27, with 3:25 remaining in regulation.
