Eagles D/ST

The Eagles do not have the strongest secondary. As a matter of fact, it was the worst in the NFL last season and it doesn’t appear to improve all that much in 2017. Yikes.

However, the Eagles’ special teams unit is one of the best in the league. And as long as Dave Fipp is around, it doesn’t seem like that will change.

And let’s also not forget about the crazy amount of sacks the Eagles could accumulate this season. Brandon Graham and Fletcher Cox are known monsters on the defensive line, but don’t forget about newly acquired defensive tackle Timmy Jernigan and rookie defensive end Derek Barnett. Jernigan, believe it or not, could be an upgrade over Bennie Logan and Barnett broke Reggie White‘s sack record at Tennessee. Sacks should be aplenty for the Eagles’ defense this year.
