The official 2017 season hype video for the Philadelphia Eagles is here, and if it doesn’t get you going, you may not have a pulse.

It’s been asked about on more than one occasion. If you follow the Philadelphia Eagles on any of the social media outlets or listen to Philly’s 94 WIP-FM, it’s come up a time or two. Where’s the hype video? In an era of Snapchat, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube, we’ve all become more and more obsessed with videos of this sort. Bill Belichick may not be, but the rest of us certainly are.

If you look around YouTube, you’ll notice everyone’s getting more and more creative with the presentation. There’s cool music, effects and, of course, nice highlights. We at Inside The Iggles have scoured the web a time or two and we figured something out.

The official team site, PhiladelphiaEagles.com, isn’t a bad place to do some digging either.

What are you most interested about in 2017? Is it second year quarterback Carson Wentz? Maybe its this year’s first-round selection, Derek Barnett? Maybe you can’t get enough of the new weapons on offense, LeGarrette Blount, Torrey Smith and Alshon Jeffery? Perhaps you’re excited about newly-added cornerback Ronald Darby and where his counterpart, Jalen Mills, will go in year two. Then, there’s the possibility of what defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz has in store with all those weapons along the defensive line.

Whatever you’re excited about, one thing’s certain. They’ll be plenty to watch in 2017. As former Eagles wide receiver Terrell Owens would say, “Getcha popcorn ready”. It’s going to be quite a wild ride all season long. Eagles fans deserve it.

It sure took long enough for the season to get here. Step one is a week-one matchup against the Washington Redskins. We’ll all be tuned in to that one. Wait. Did we actually quote Terrell Owens?
