Week 16 – vs Oakland Raiders

The Oakland Raiders have not been what they were expected to be when this season began. They started off 2-0 and then followed with a four-game losing streak. At this point in the season, they do not seem like they are a very intimidating opponent. That doesn’t mean the Eagles will take them lightly, though.

The 2017 Raiders have been a mystery. Opposing teams really do not know what to expect when they play against them. One week they look like a Super Bowl contender while the next week they look like they shouldn’t even be in a playoff conversation. By Week 16, they may be fighting for a wild-card spot, which means they are bringing their A-game to Philly.

At this point for the Eagles, they will most likely have a playoff spot locked up but they may be fighting for a first-round bye. They will want to gift the city of Philadelphia on Christmas with a nice primetime win. The Eagles have true home field advantage back and it truly does wonders. They will take care of the Raiders on Christmas night with a solid win.

Prediction: Eagles win 31-21
