1. Is this Jason Garrett’s last game as Cowboys head coach?

Jason Garrett was once a highly-desired head coaching prospect who the Cowboys had to overpay as an offensive coordinator to ensure he wouldn’t leave the fold. After taking over for Wade Phillips, first in an interim role and then eventually as the head coach, Garrett’s head coaching tenure has been less than stellar.

A 67-54 record, including 1-2 in the postseason, has some wondering if Sunday’s game will be Garrett’s last at the helm.

2. What will the Eagles defense do for an encore?

After struggling against the Seattle Seahawks, the Los Angeles Rams and the New York Giants, the Eagles defense looked impenetrable against the Oakland Raiders. It’s now becoming apparent that if the Eagles are to make a deep playoff run. Philly will have to rely on the success of their defense. Can they improve on their Christmas night performance and ride that into and through the postseason?
