The Professional Football Writers of America announced their All-NFL team for the 2017 season, and Philadelphia Eagles fans may find themselves reasonably satisfied with the list.
It was a very successful season for the Philadelphia Eagles in 2017. They overcame injury after injury to battle their way to a 13-3 record. That was good enough to earn the the top spot in the NFC Playoffs and home-field advantage for as long as they’ll be competing.
It appears Eagles fans weren’t the only ones who were paying attention. On Monday, the Professional Football Writers of America announced their All-NFL team for this past season. Three Eagles would make that list, but that’s not all. They also join three more teammates on the PFWA’s All-NFC team.

Carson Wentz will return to a roster that has the Eagles positioned as one of the NFL’s ‘Final Four’. That will have to wait until the 2018 season, but for now, Philly’s still got work to do in the NFC Championship Game. Unfortunately, Wentz can’t play, but five of his recently honored teammates will be doing everything they can to deliver a victory.
