More from Eagles News

If you’re an Eagles fan, it’s a pretty safe bet that you’ve known who Zach Ertz is for quite some time.

What you may not know is, in 2012, he hit the jackpot at Klein Field on Stanford University’s campus when he made the decision to attend a Cardinal baseball game.

There, he met Julie Johnston, the woman he’d one day marry.

Mr. Ertz proposed on February 26th of 2016 at that same stadium, and the two were married on March 26th of 2017 in Goleta, California.

More recently, the two were both featured in the 2017 version of ESPN The Magazine’s ‘The Body Issue’.

Sunday, on E:60, their story airs. Check out the teaser if you haven’t seen it:

Julie Ertz is a superior athlete in her own right. She helped the United States win the FIFA Women’s World Cup in 2015 when she played every minute of all seven games, and she’s also a member of the National Women’s Soccer League where she plays midfielder for the Chicago Red Stars.

Set the DVR for this one. This ought to be good.
