Philadelphia Eagles: 5 Possible replacements for Jeffery in 2021’s NFL Draft
Could Ja’Marr Chase actually wind up being a future member of the Philadelphia Eagles?
When some of you LSU fans saw the name “Death Valley” associated with those other Tigers, you may have flinched a little. Fear not. One of the stars of your version of “Death Valley” makes this list as well. As a matter of fact, his is the name that’s on top of this list.

Last season, as we neared the postseason for both the NFL and the NCAA, the name Justin Jefferson got a lot of mention as he began climbing draft boards. He was even mentioned as a potential Eagles prospect on quite a few football shows and mock drafts. Don’t be surprised if history repeats itself in 2020 in the form of Ja’Marr Chase.
Again, the LSU Tigers will be a factor and a potential entrant into the College Football Playoff. Again, their best wide receiver will be among the most highly-touted prospects by pro scouts.
If the Eagles wind up with a shot at landing Ja’marr Chase, that probably won’t be a good thing. He figures to go early, so if Philly is mentioned as a potential landing spot, that means the Eagles’ wide receivers let the team down again and the “Birds” are back in the market for a game-changer.
Again, you hope that isn’t the case, but you never know. It’s always good to plan. The Eagles would be wise to start building their draft board early. If they’re wise, Ja’marr Chase should be one of the wideouts that they’re paying attention to. His name must be on the list.
