Philadelphia Eagles make decisions on five players prior to Week 3
The Philadelphia Eagles need to right the ship in Week 3.
Alright, here we go. The Philadelphia Eagles are 0-2 after two games, and before you know it, another Sunday will be here. That means the ‘Birds’ get another home date versus the Cincinnati Bengals. Here’s what we all should have learned about the next opponent after the first two weeks of game action.
That Joe Burrow guy is pretty good. He’s attacked the first two weeks of his professional career like he’s supposed to be in the NFL, and even if the Bengals don’t win a ton of games during the 2020 regular season, they aren’t going to be an easy out for anybody. Did you notice that Burrow threw 61 passes in his first prime time game and didn’t throw an interception? He’s a rookie guys!
Philly figures to have their hands full again on Sunday. First thing’s first though. We have to get the Week 3 roster together.
The Philadelphia Eagles shuffled the roster again prior to Week 3’s game.

By now, it’s become a bit of a tradition to wait on 4 PM EST on Tuesday afternoon like it’s someone’s birthday party. The target date and time arrived, and the Eagles, as expected, announced that they’re adding Isaac Seumalo to the team’s injured reserve.
They also announced that they’re protecting four practice squad players as we near Sunday’s kickoff. They include defensive back Grayland Arnold, wide receiver Deontay Burnett, center Luke Juriga, defensive tackle T.Y. McGill. That prevents any other team from swooping in and stealing them and adding them to their own active rosters.
The game is scheduled for 1 PM EST on the final Sunday in September, and ladies and gentlemen, this one can’t result in another loss. If you thought last week was a must-win game, this one is doubly so.
Carson Wentz, the Eagles offense, the defense, and of course, all of the coaches have to have a bounceback game in this one.
