Okay, Philadelphia Eagles fans, it’s time for a real conversation.

Carson Wentz is sensitive. He hates criticism, and at this point, it’s becoming easier to see why those anonymous sources talk so much. He’s been given an extension that equates to over $100 million. we’re supposed to be bothered because Philly took another quarterback?

What if the Eagles didn’t really care about that ‘quarterback factory’? What if Hurts really was an insurance policy? Has anyone stopped to think that his selection might actually prove to be a good move down the road? Carson Wentz is 17-20-1 as a starter since 2017, and everyone’s supposed to be upset because he might be feeling a little pressure? Get over it! It’s the NFL!

The Philadelphia Eagles allowed Nick Foles to get out of town partially because Howie Roseman’s mismanagement of the cap meant Philly couldn’t pay him to keep him. They also let Foles go because they wanted this to be Wentz’s team and they knew that would never happen as long as Number 9 was in the locker room.

Come on guys and gals. You should be able to see this for yourselves. The team played harder for Foles. They said Wentz was a bad teammate. Two of his receivers were clearly out to get him in 2019, and those teammates built a Nick Foles shrine in the locker room after he left.

What did Philly do? They extended 11. They ran off all of the other locker room leaders like Malcolm Jenkins because they wanted this to be Wentz’s team, and they wanted Wentz’s voice to loom the loudest in the locker room. How’s that decision working out for this team?
