Keep an eye on these under-the-radar Philadelphia Eagles in 2021.
In the midst of a franchise-altering offseason, it’s time to take an early look at the Philadelphia Eagles‘ 2021 season. There’s still plenty of work to do, but with a transition year likely coming, the Birds need to develop some of the youth on this roster. That was something that Doug Pederson and his staff didn’t do a great job of during his tenure.
While general manager Howie Roseman shoulders a lot of the blame for some of the draft picks, part of this team’s issues still falls on the coaching staff. At times, it felt like Pederson tried to get players to fit his scheme instead of playing to their strengths.
New head coach Nick Sirianni said that the Eagles’ offensive scheme is going to be multiple and that they are going to play to the strength of their personnel. He is going to attack matchups and bring out the best in his players.
Over the course of the past two seasons, we’ve written about under the radar Eagles and how they helped a potential playoff push in each of those years. Now that we’re in the offseason, we’re projecting potential breakout stars, but we’re staying away from some of the more popular names like Jalen Reagor, Hurts, and Watkins. We step outside of the box for this one, so don’t panic if you don’t see one of the big names. With that said, let’s jump right into this list.
