Consider this your ‘where are they now’ discussion for some former Eagles draftees.

Yep! We’re most definitely enjoying the effects of summer, for good reasons and some of the less-fortunate variety. While no one will complain about some much-needed vacation planning, cookouts, and nice weather, July’s arrival means there are no Philadelphia Eagles practices or games to discuss.

That’s a bummer. Sure, we can catch up on some of those television shows that we’ve neglected to watch, but every time the imagination wanders, it leads all of us back to thoughts about our beloved Birds and interesting angles of storytelling… A ‘where are they now’ piece for instance.

Since 2012, the Eagles have drafted 75 prospects. 48 of them are still signed to someone’s NFL roster. Two of them play in the USFL (Clayton Thorson and Shareef Miller). If you remove the many misses they’ve had at the wide receiver position, the Eagles’ drafts haven’t been as terrible as we often describe them.

In a league that has constant turnover, however, familiar faces will always land in other cities. Birds fans always keep tabs on what former Eagles are doing. We’ll discuss ten of those guys now, but first, let’s discuss who didn’t make the countdown.
