Eagles training camp: Best stories from Philadelphia’s first practice
Shortly, after the first Eagles training camp practice wrapped, there was plenty to discuss.
Maybe we’re being greedy here. We waited for months to be able to say that Philadelphia Eagles football was back, and somewhere around 58 minutes after the whistle blew to begin the first training camp practice, the session was over.
Okay, we get it. There are safety regulations and the desire to keep these guys healthy. These guys can’t work all of the time, but come on! What gives?
We’re teasing of course… somewhat. Sure, everything seemed to end as quickly as it began, but the second day of training camp brought with it a lot of action.
Vice president/general manager Howie Roseman and head coach Nick Sirianni met with the media for about 20 minutes. Players shared a few thoughts once practice ended. Darius Slay let us check out his singing voice, and that isn’t even half of everything. Let’s get into some of day two’s best stories.
