Jordan Mailata is back: Eagles Week 6 inactives and injuries tracker
The Philadelphia Eagles have released their inactives report for Sunday Night Football versus the Cowboys, and guess what? Jordan Mailata isn’t on it!
Philly is set for the first game of their annual two-game tilt versus the hated Dallas Cowboys, and to endure a victory, they’d like to have as many hands on deck as possible. They may get their wish.
After practicing in a limited capacity all week, Mailata is expected to be the starter at left tackle. Andre Dillard will no doubt get the nod if he doesn’t. The Eagles activated him to the active roster from the injured reserve on Saturday. Philly also has Jack Driscoll to rely on if an emergency happens. After filling in for Mailata following Jordan’s injury in Week 4, he started in Glendale versus the Arizona Cardinals in Week 5.
Here’s a look at the other Eagles’ inactives as Jordan Mailata returns.
The following Eagles are inactive for Week 6’s Sunday Night Football game: quarterback Ian Book, cornerback Josh Jobe, safety Reed Blankenship, running back Trey Sermon, guard Josh Sills, and defensive end Tarron Jackson.
So, it appears that Avonte Maddox is back as well. That’s major.

Update: Perhaps the only bad news we’ve seen all night is the news that Lane Johnson didn’t return to the field with his Eagles teammates for the second half. He’s out with a concussion.
C.J. Gardner Johnson left the game during the first Cowboys offensive drive with a hand injury. We were told he was questionable, but he made his way back onto the field. He’ll miss the rest of this one.
