The Philadelphia Eagles will enjoy bird’s eye views of some young rookies this season who are hoping to become NFL stars.

As quickly as the offseason has flown by, most have settled into the thought that the next Philadelphia Eagles season is right around the corner. That’s good news. Training camp and Week 1 of the preseason will be here before you know it. Once all of that wraps, we dive headfirst into the 91st football season in the franchise’s long history.

The regular season figures to teach us much about our beloved Birds. The schedule is tougher than it was last year. Brian Johnson and Sean Desai enter their first seasons as the Eagles’ offensive and defensive coordinators. Jalen Hurts looks to build on a fantastic showing he crafted the last time we saw him. The goal is to get back to football’s biggest game and win it.

Each week brings specific matchups to pay attention to. Darius Slay and James Bradberry face some strong wide receiver duos. The sideline duels are equally as intriguing. Many of the opposing coaches are among the game’s elite minds.

In the end, Philly’s coaching staff will be asked to put their players in the best position to be successful. The talent will be asked to make plays. On top of all of that, the Eagles get their first look at some potential future stars of the pro game. Here’s a look at some of the scariest rookies they’ll face in this gauntlet. Let’s hope the Birds hold the key to neutralizing them.
