The Philadelphia Eagles waited a little while before making a big move in free agency, but fans knew that was coming.

Howie Roseman didn't hide the fact that he will continue to try to play the compensatory pick game when building his roster, but it did feel nice to see the team sign cornerback Riq Woolen last week.

Now, going into Wave 2 of free agency, Roseman might be able to find a few bargains. There are some spots on this roster that could use either a dependable reserve or a second-fiddle option. Fortunately, Roseman's possible bargain bin runs deep.

There are still a good number of free agents waiting for their next team, and a few notable names would come fairly cheap.

The Philadelphia Eagles could find key missing pieces via the Wave 2 bargain bin in free agency

Cameron Jordan, DE

Is this the ultimate Howie Roseman bargain waiting to happen, or what? Cameron Jordan, even at age 36, looks like a legitimate force. His 10.5 sacks last year flew way under the radar on a Saints team that is amidst a rebuild.

But, on a Super Bowl-minded team like Philly, Jordan's presence and veteran savviness could be one of those missing pieces. It would be weird seeing him in another uniform, but it sure looks like it'll happen.

His market value is a mere $6 million annually, per Spotrac, which seems low. If the Eagles offered him a one-year deal worth up to $15 million, would he bite?

Jauan Jennings, WR

Jennings' current market value is still quite expensive, set at $22.6 million in annual average. First of all, there's no way he gets that kind of money, especially going on his age-29 season. Jennings' breakout came too late, unfortunately.

Second, this year's draft class is rich in wide receiver talent. I don't see a single team paying Jennings over $15 million annually, if that.

Now, if the Eagles could give him a deal worth $12 million as his base, plus incentives that could make it $16 million, Jennings would be the perfect WR for this team. He's a dependable option, albeit not a number one. Jennings caught a career-high nine touchdowns last year, but even as the de facto no. 1 at times, he didn't quite perform like it.

So, the market value looks off, but that's just the way I see it.

Kelvin Beachum, OT

Along the same lines as someone like the aforementioned Jordan, Kelvin Beachum is now 36 years old and near the end of his career. Having started over 170 games in his career, Beachum would bring plenty of experience as a tackle who could step in on a moment's notice. He's an average player now, at best, but with a strong line and system around him, he would be a solid Band-Aid type.

While the Eagles attempt to figure out the long-term plan for this offensive line, Beachum is a cheaper signing that could wind up paying off in a big way if, God forbid, we saw a Jordan Mailata or Lane Johnson injury.
