So far, it has been a relatively quiet offseason for the Philadelphia Eagles, with none of the Howie Roseman trades fans love to see.
Cornerback Riq Woolen has been the biggest name signed to the Eagles so far this offseason, as he is seen as a starter in 2026. Otherwise, Philly had pretty much been reduced to just one-year contracts all around.
That doesn't mean Roseman won't make a move, as his team has over $40 million in cap space and can try to make something happen in the second week of free agency. Here are three trades he could look at executing before the week ends.
Eagles Receive: Jonathan Greenard, EDGE
Vikings Receive: 2026 Third-Round Pick and 2027 Sixth-Round Pick
This is the one most rumored to be the Eagles' replacement for Jaelan Phillips on the edge, and the Vikings get Greenard off the books. Greenard had 24.5 sacks in 2023 and 2024 before following it up with just three in 2025 due to injuries keeping him out. Philly might have to give up a couple of picks and restructure Greenard's contract, but the Eagles would be getting a solid pass rusher to add to the team.
Eagles Receive: Kayvon Thibodeaux, EDGE
Giants Receive: 2026 Third-Round Pick and 2026 Fifth-Round Pick
Getting a trade done with one of the Eagles' biggest rivals might be tough to do, but New York is ready to move on from Thibodeaux, and Philly could take on his contract. Despite an 11.5-sack season in 2023, Thibodeaux has been a disappointment for the Giants after picking him fifth overall in the 2022 NFL Draft. The Eagles would be offering a couple of picks for him, but worth the risk for one more season before he's a free agent.

Eagles Receive: 2026 Third-Round Pick
Cardinals Receive: Tanner McKee, QB
Philly can still very much trade McKee away, but it has proven challenging since Roseman is asking for a high pick in return. Arizona has Jacoby Brissett, but could use a second option at quarterback after releasing Kyler Murray. McKee is a cheap option who could be a starter for them, and the Eagles get a third-round pick that could be used on a new backup quarterback behind Jalen Hurts, or maybe gives them room to use a higher pick on future competition for Hurts, but let's not go down that road yet.
