3 winners (and 3 losers) from Eagles' disgraceful loss to Jaguars in London

Still sick to my stomach about it.

The Jacksonville Jaguars did everything they could to hand this game to the Philadelphia Eagles, but, once again, coaching doomed them to a 19-17 loss.

A late-game decision to kick off in play by the Eagles led to a big Jaguars-led kickoff return and a last-second field goal to win for Jacksonville. The Eagles' late-gamecomedy of errors cost them a much-needed win.

Some winners are scattered throughout, but the losers had a bigger impact on the game. Here's a look at the biggest winners and losers from the game.

Winners and losers from Eagles' loss to the Jaguars in Week 5

Winner: Jalen Carter, DT

There is no player who made a bigger impact on this game than Carter did. He was such a dominant force in the game, racking up five tackles, three tackles for loss, two sacks, two forced fumbles, and one pass deflection.

His two strip sack fumbles both came in the first half, but he just dominated the game from start to finish. It was as impressive of a performance as he has ever had in his NFL career.

Losers: Eagles' offensive line

It was a bit of an adventure throughout the game with the offensive line in pass protection with Willie Lampkin allowing four pressures and Jordan Mailata allowing one pressure, but overall, it was an okay performance there. Where they struggled, though, was running the football.

The Eagles rushed for 22 yards on 18 carries, the lowest amount since Week 2 in 2015 when they only had seven yards. That is not good and it kind of falls on the offensive line. Yes, they are filled with backups, but still, a rough day at the office for them.

Winner: Zack Baun, LB

How huge was it to have Baun back from his concussion last week? He finished with a team-high 11 tackles, two quarterback hits, and one tackle for loss.

Baun was so good in coverage with making the tackle right away and was flying all over the field. He is such an important part to this defense.

Loser: Sean Mannion, OC

It was a better day for the Eagles' offense, but it's pretty clear this is one of the worst units in the NFL. Under the circumstances, they did decent with so many players injured on that side of the ball, finishing with 232 yards.

Where Mannion falls in the loser category is the odd play calls, like being in shotgun on fourth down or calling multiple pass plays on the final drive when they are already in field goal range and just need to kill the clock. Who knows if it is Nick Sirianni controlling the play-calling or Mannion, but something has to change quickly with the offense and that particially falls on him.

Winner: Darius Cooper, WR

Cooper is becoming a touchdown machine for the Eagles, now scoring four of them since Week 2. He had a massive explosive play in the first half, getting wide open on a deep ball and going 62 yards.

It's too bad the Eagles won't give him more targets, as he only had three for the game. He caught two for 71 yards. Please let this man do his thing and give him the ball more.

Loser: Nick Sirianni, HC

Sirianni had so many moments where he coached the Eagles out of the win. The opening drive fourth down when they went for it, but could have kicked a field goal instead, not coaching Makai Lemon and the offense to go down inbounds to run the clock on the final offensive drive, and the kickoff decision at the end of the game.

There are going to be so many moments where Sirianni is going to want to have back, as it has become a common theme for him. That's why he is in trouble with his job after that game.
