The Philadelphia Eagles have a busy offseason ahead as they look to add talent to get back into the Super Bowl conversation.

Eagles general manager Howie Roseman first has to figure out what to do about his current free agents, like Jaelan Phillips, Nakobe Dean, Dallas Goedert, and Reed Blankenship. Once he does that, Roseman will have plenty of players to target in free agency.

There are some from the NFC East who could actually help the Eagles, either as starters or as good depth players. Here are four free agents from the Dallas Cowboys, Washington Commanders, and New York Giants who could help the Eagles in 2026.

Evan Neal, G (Previous Team: New York Giants)

After Landon Dickerson gave the Eagles a share with his retirement thoughts, the offensive line has become a big need for the team. Neal has been a disappointing first-round pick for the Giants, as he didn't play at all last year with a hamstring injury midway through the season, but he does have 27 starts at tackle before moving over to guard. A former first-round offensive tackle for a New York team that moved to guard after being considered a bust; sounds a lot like a Mekhi Becton, so why not sign him?

Von Miller, EDGE (Previous Team: Washigton Commanders)

Miller had nine sacks last season with the Commanders, proving that the eight-time Pro Bowler still has some gas in the tank. There are still some questions about whether Phillips will be back, but even if he is, Miller is projected to earn $5.8 million next season, according to Spotrac. Roseman needs to get him on a one-year deal as soon as the offseason begins.

Sam Williams, EDGE (Previous Team: Dallas Cowboys)

After missing all of 2024, Williams came back with 37 tackles, seven tackles for loss, four quarterback hits, two pass deflections, one sack, and one force fumble in 17 games. The Eagles could use some depth off the edge, and Williams is projected to land a $2.3 million per year deal, so another one-year rental option for Philly.

Zach Ertz, TE (Previous Team: Washington Commanders)

What's there to say? He's a three-time Pro Bowler for the Eagles, won a Super Bowl with Philly in 2017, and is a beloved figure in the area. Also, the Eagles could use some help at tight end with Cameron Latu the only one on the active roster with Dallas Goedert (the guy that replaced Ertz) a free agent. Eagles fans would love to see Ertz give it one more ride in Philly and attempt to retire a Super Bowl champion for the second time.
