Just wouldn't be a normal day without tracking what Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown is doing on social media.
Many people will be monitoring Brown after what happened during the 23-19 NFC Wild Card loss to the San Francisco 49ers. During the game, Brown had two bad drops and saw his head coach, Nick Sirianni, get in his face with a heated exchange. After the contest, Brown declined to speak to reporters as he quickly said goodbye to his teammates and left.
All of that once again reopened the door to Brown potentially being traded to another team in the NFL, despite Eagles general manager Howie Roseman expressing support for his star receiver. The next logical move is to see what he is doing on social media, as people know how Brown can sneakily use it to share his true feelings.
What A.J. Brown has been up to on social media since the loss
SportsRadio 94 WIP Eagles reporter Devan Kaney noticed that Brown reposted two quotes on X. The first one is from Dr. Julie Gurner.
"'Envy no one. For whatever you see, a price was paid.' Absolute truth."
The second repost was from a post by Ryan Holiday.
"'The best revenge is not to be like your enemy.' Marcus Aurelius"
When it comes to Brown, everything he does is calculated and done for a reason. It may not be obvious to everyone, but there is something here that will remain a mystery unless the question gets asked to him.
Brown is coming off the worst season of his tenure as an Eagle, as he went for 1,003 yards and seven touchdowns. It's the first time since coming to Philly in 2022 that he was not selected to the Pro Bowl or All-Pro.

This is going to be a long offseason for fans, as there will be a lot of discussion about whether the Eagles should trade Brown or keep him for the 2026 season. Maybe whoever gets hired as the new offensive coordinator to replace Kevin Patullo might be able to play a role in that decision.
