If our math is correct and previous NFL Drafts are any indication, Thursday, April 24th is going to be a long day. We could find ourselves closing in on the midnight hour before the Philadelphia Eagles are on the clock with the 32nd overall selection.

We have the OVER/UNDER set at about 11:30 p.m. EST. That means we will be up all night analyzing Philly's first pick at the end of night one and why they should have (or shouldn't have) done what they wound up doing.

That is, unless of course, the Birds trade up or trade out of Round 1 entirely. All of these scenarios are possible and seemingly on the table.

What will we do with all of the extra time? Something tells us we'll probably share a few thoughts and theories on what Philly's rivals have done. An Eagles legend suggests that one would be wise to avoid overthinking things.

LeSean McCoy believes the Giants' leadership structure has a chance to "save their jobs".

Work days that are enjoyed remotely are typically handled the same way. Three desktop monitors... A couple of laptops... A few TVs... One of the latter, as often as we can, is settled on FS1's highly popular show, The Facility.

Perhaps you've heard. There's been some discussion about former Colorado QB Shedeur Sanders. Some of those conversations theorize over whether or not the New York Giants should draft him if he's available when they're on the clock with the third-overall selection.

Emmanuel Acho, LeSean McCoy, and James Jones discussed the possibility. Shady believes the Giants leadership structure will "save their jobs" if they don't screw up an obvious decision.

Big Blue's track record of decision-making recently hasn't earned them any compliments. Hey, thanks again for handing over Saquon Barkley, fellas!

While the G-Men need their QB of the future. It isn't a foregone conclusion that they'll roll the dice on Sanders. Former NFL GM Mike Tannenbaum believes there's an internal "massive dispute" over whether or not the 2024 Big 12 Offensive Player of the Year should be the guy.

We've heard the disagreements over whether or not Sanders throws a tight enough spiral. We've also heard there is concern that he may struggle with passing in cold and windy conditions.

Hold on for a second. Isn't that what he did at Colorado? Regardless of where you stand, here's something all Eagles fans can agree on.

Nothing would make us happier than seeing the Giants' continuing blunders, but there's a flip side to that coin. We also don't want to see this regime get fired.

Joe Schoen and Brian Daboll have been awful, and we hope they stay in New York forever, almost to the same measure that we hope Dak Prescott and Jerry Jones are in Dallas with the Cowboys forever.
