After the Philadelphia Eagles' and Washington Commanders' game, there were concerns that the Eagles might be losing one of their starters to suspension.
During the Week 16 showdown, the Eagles decided to go for a two-point conversion after being up 27-10, which Saquon Barkley would end up scoring on to increase the lead to 29-10. That did not sit well with the Commanders, and a fight broke out, with Tyler Steen throwing punches and getting ejected from the game, and two Washington players being removed as well.
ESPN's Adam Schefter reported that the NFL is still looking into the situation to determine fines for all involved in the fight, but Steen will not face any suspension. No players involved in the incident will be suspended and will be able to play.
There will be no suspensions from Saturday’s altercations between the Eagles and Commanders.

The players’ actions will be reviewed for discipline in the form of fines.
Tyler Steen is lucky that he won't miss time with the suspension
Steen has been one of the very few offensive linemen on the Eagles who hasn't been injured and has been able to stay on the field. Filling in as the new starting right guard this season for Mekhi Becton, who moved on to the Los Angeles Chargers, Steen has started all 15 games.
Pro Football Focus has him graded at 71.7 overall, which ranks 18th among 77 guards in the NFL who qualify. Steen has allowed two sacks and one quarterback hit, and has been called for nine penalties.
It was not the greatest start to a season for Steen as he struggled to get comfortable as a starter. Throughout the season, though, he has improved as a run blocker and has held up well as a pass blocker. The penalties are a significant concern, and he will have to get them cleaned up before the postseason.

While the pocketbook will take a hit for Steen, he is still looking good to start, which is the most important thing. It'll be a lesson for him to find a different way to stand up for his teammates that doesn't involve him throwing punches.
