The Philadelphia Eagles didn't make it easy on themselves, but they got the job done against the Washington Commanders in Week 16 with a 29-18 win.

Philly clinched the NFC East title for the second straight season, the first time that's happened in 21 years. The Eagles' defense allowed just 220 yards while the offense ran for 207 yards in the win.

Most of the rough performances happened on special teams, but the offense and defense had plenty of good performances from their top players.

Winner: Saquon Barkley, RB

One of the biggest winners from this game is Barkley, who ran for 132 yards and one touchdown, including a 48-yard run to help the Eagles win the game. It's the third time this season and the second time in the last three games he has gone over 100 yards. Barkley seems to be picking up some much-needed momentum ahead of the postseason and could be showing signs of his 2024 self.

Loser: Jake Elliott, K

Elliot was as awful as he has been in a while, and it might end up costing him his starting job. He missed three field goals in the game, with two of them counting on the stat sheet, and the other being a Commanders penalty. Philly might not move on from Elliott yet, but Eagles fans have to think that competition is at least coming.

Winner: Jordan Davis, DT

This guy continues to dominate as Davis is by far having the best season of his young career. Davis finished the game with six tackles and two tackles for loss in the win. While Jalen Carter will always get love from the national media, it's time for people to start talking about Davis and the job he has done this season.

Loser: Will Shipley, RB

Eagles have to find a way to get Britain Covey to handle all the returns, not Will Shipley, because the second-year running back had a rough night on special teams. Had a fumble on the opening kickoff and another return where he hesitated and ended up getting a bad return in the process. Not a great night overall for Shipley and one that, if he isn't careful, might cost him a job.

Winner: Cooper DeJean, CB

Outside of one long completion allowed, DeJean was dominant in the secondary all game for the Eagles. He finished with five tackles, four pass deflections, and one interception in the win. He might have played his way to NFC Defensive Player of the Week and is, of course, in the conversation for the top 10 cornerbacks in the NFL.

Winner: Brandon Graham, DL

The stats won't wow anyone, but it's another excellent performance from Graham off the edge and inside as a defensive tackle. Graham racked up just one tackle with a quarterback hit and a sack for the second straight game. With three tackles in the last two games. Graham is truly becoming an impact player on this defense.
