Yeah, we know... We know... It can sometimes feel like lazy, uninspired, or irresponsible journalism to beat a dead horse about why disgruntled stars make sense on your favorite team's roster.
This is Myles Garrett we're discussing though, and we aren't the only people who believe he makes sense for the Philadelphia Eagles. Why the heck wouldn't we want to hear what everyone has to say about this?
We can admit trade rumor fatigue plagues all of us. It probably does so for us just as much as it bothers you. Smoke never leads to any fire, but again, THIS IS MYLES GARRETT WE'RE DISCUSSING. Can you imagine if he joined Philly's roster?
Dan Graziano believes he has the secret ingredient for an Eagles acquisition of Myles Garrett.
Just in case you've been distracted by the Eagles' second Super Bowl run, here's what you missed on the Myles Garrett side of the news spectrum. He recently expressed his desire that the Cleveland Browns trade him, and every contender this side of football heaven noticed.
The buzz has somewhat diminished, but the discussion continues. Recently, the dots representing Garrett and the Super Bowl-champion Eagles were again connected on ESPN's highly popular Get Up television show.
Dan Graziano thinks he has the secret ingredient for making this marriage happen.

You'll have to use those ESPN Plus accounts and check out the full segment, but Graziano's take certainly makes sense to anyone who has paid attention. Philly's name is often tossed around when players like Garrett express interest in moving because they're home to the NFL's top general manager (even if, again, smoke rarely leads to fire).
Vice President Howie Roseman is known for making the impossible happen. If he can make the numbers work and the Browns don't ask him to mortgage Philly's future, he has the business acumen to get a deal done.
Garrett has been asked about this before. He expressed interest in a possible change of scenery. Howie, on the other hand, played it cool. He was smart enough to avoid breaking any NFL rules by discussing someone who was under contract.
At the moment, this is simply a discussion piece. We'll see if this gains any traction when the new NFL year begins on March 12. Keep in mind the fact that the Birds could lose Josh Sweat and Brandon Graham.
