They say the NFL Draft is a crap shoot, and it is... NFL scouts study guys the entire time they play at the NCAA level. It doesn't matter. The Philadelphia Eagles are going to miss on guys they select. Every team does. Mistakes are made in every round.

No mistakes were made by Philly as it relates to Quinyon Mitchell. He's been as good as advertised. Some say he won't win the NFL's Defensive Rookie of the Year Award. We haven't lost hope.

So, you can imagine that there would be worry if he's slow to pick himself up off of the playing surface.

Quinyon Mitchell suffers some friendly fire but returns to the Eagles vs. Ravens game.

There were some tense moments during the Eagles vs. Ravens game. One of the most stressful came when Quinyon Mitchell left briefly with an injury.

It appears Zack Baun's helmet met his knee. Q took a brief trip to the medical tent.
Tyrone Johnson was all of us.

Quinyon was able to walk off the field under his own power. Kelee Ringo entered the game in relief, but Mitchell returned for the next defensive series.

Then, Reed Blankenship was injured.

Following a pass breakup, one that was intended for Nelson Agholor, Reed briefly visited the medical tent and then found his way to the locker room. He's been ruled out of the rest of Week 13's game with a concussion.

Philly entered this one without Darius Slay and DeVonta Smith. Their game vs. the Ravens has been physical, but most would expect that.

Reed is one of Philly's starting safeties. Fingers are crossed that he's okay, but for now, Tristin McCollum will seemingly finish the game in Baltimore.
