Tell the truth. You knew this was going to come up, didn't you? Some truths will always be truths. Certain conversations about the Philadelphia Eagles or any Philly sports team will always lead us back to discussions we remember.

Every time a professional athlete misses a practice, we'll see that Allen Iverson clip. Each time we hear about two great Philadelphia Eagles disagreeing, someone will bring up Donovan McNabb and Terrell Owens. That's especially true if those Eagles are a quarterback and wide receiver.

So, again, we ask you. You knew this was coming, didn't you? Here were are again discussing '5' and T.O.'s dysfunction.

Hey, don't blame us! We didn't start this. We believe A.J. Brown and Jalen Hurts are going to be fine. We don't believe their relationship is fractured. In fact, we believe the opposite is true.

Here's the thing though. We're here to give the Eagles fandom what they ask for and offer our opinion on the stories take center stage, within reason.

So, we'd like to leave this alone, but even though the Pittsburgh Steelers are the next opponent, this is the topic. A.J. made a statement. People reacted. Brandon Graham offered his theory. Then, he apologized for making assumptions without all of the information.

Frankly, we can learn a lot from B.G.'s example, but, first comes the McNabb and T.O. thing.

Terrell Owens and Donovan McNabb join the recent A.J. Brown discussions.

By now, most of you have heard about this, but if you've been busy, here's the skinny. Every week during the Eagles season, McNabb joins Ike Reese, Spike Eskin, and Jack Fritz on 94WIP-FM's Afternoon Show. He did so again on Monday. Guess what he was asked about this week.

Long story short, the man with a million nicknames, Freddie Mitchell, sent McNabb's statements to T.O., and as you might expect, '81' was available for comment.

Let's clear something up. We haven't spoken to A.J., Jalen, Donovan, or Terrell Owens, but we know, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that A.J. and Jalen's situation is nothing close to what McNabb and Owens dealt with.

Sure, this story has taken off and has dominated the airwaves far longer than any of us would have liked. Sure, we can see the similarities between the tales of two QBs and two wide receivers. Sure, last season's hot start and eventual collapse is still fresh on our minds, and none of us want that.

We aren't ready to panic or throw in the towel yet. Discussions have to be entertained involving Nick Sirianni, B.G., Hurts, and Brown. None of us need to be present for any of those conversations. You'll see. This is all going to work out... We hope.
