Is he even going to make it?

Most Philadelphia Eagles fans try to erase the memory of former first-round pick Jalen Reagor from their minds after the misery he put fans through.

Reagor is infamously known for being selected one pick before the Minnesota Vikings selected four-time Pro Bowler and 2022 Offensive Player of the Year Justin Jefferson. It was Eagles general manager Howie Roseman's biggest mistake, but to Reagor's credit, he is still plugging away at his NFL career.

Going into the 2026 OTAs, Reagor is now trying to become a member of the Cleveland Browns. He was seen at the Browns' rookie minicamp, as he is in for a veteran tryout with the team.

Jalen Reagor is trying to prolong his NFL career

Reagor is considered to be one of the biggest busts in NFL history after the Eagles took him with the 21st overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft. He only played two seasons with the Eagles, catching 64 passes for 695 yards and three touchdowns, adding a punt return for a touchdown in his rookie season.

The Eagles would go on to trade him to, ironically, the Vikings in 2022, but he only had eight catches for 104 yards. He would go on to play for the New England Patriots in 2023 and the Los Angeles Chargers in 2024. His overall numbers are 86 receptions for 1,037 yards and four touchdowns and two returns for scores.

If anyone examines Reagor's career, he was all speed and nothing else. Roseman took a massive chance on a guy that wasn't even projected to go in the first round, and he whiffed on it.

Eagles fans will look back at that draft and still have nightmares about Reagor, but hey, at least Roseman made up for it in the second round by selecting a little-known quarterback named Jalen Hurts, so it worked out just fine.
