The Philadelphia Eagles did what they do best on the very first drive of their Week 3 matchup against the Los Angeles Rams: run the Tush Push.
After Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford threw an opening-drive interception to Eagles linebacker Zack Baun, the Eagles were able to take advantage of the short field and take an early 7-0 lead. Philly faced a fourth and one early in the drive that saw Hurts run the Tush Push to convert. They ran it a second time at the one-yard line to score a touchdown.

On both plays, when the FOX broadcast ran the replay of both plays, it did show that right guard Tyler Steen jumped early twice, but the refs did not call it. That didn't matter as the Eagles got the job done and took the lead.
The Tush Push is alive and well in Philly
What a poetic opening drive for the Eagles that allowed them to run the Tush Push twice and give it to the Rams. The play has been under criticism all week for the miss calls in the Eagles' 20-17 win over the Kansas City Chiefs.
TV personalities like Dean Blandino and Adam Schefter have spoken about the play. Blandino said on the FOX broadcast that he was " done with the play," while Schefter said the Chiefs lost the game "back in March."
That has not scared the Eagles away from running the play. They are still going to run it and have proven early they can succeed at their play.

Expect the Eagles to continue to run it until they take the play away from them in the offseason, which might not be the case after Schefter's latest report on the play. The Eagles might have the Tush Push longer than just 2025.
