Jalen Hurts only has one definitive message for Eagles ahead of Bears showdown

It's the only on the team needs to hear.

The noise is becoming deafening in Philadelphia after the pure disaster of what happened in Dallas in Week 12 against the Cowboys.

Eagles fans know too well the nightmare that occurred in Texas, so let's move on from it. The $1 million question going into Week 13 is how Philly will bounce back from the game and get ready for the Chicago Bears.

Quarterback Jalen Hurts was asked by the media what the message is for the team going into the game. For Hurts, it's pretty simple: the response to getting knocked down.

"It's a team message. How do you respond? Response is very important in anything you do. It's a question of 'How bad do you want something?' 'What are you willing to do to get it?' Continuing to come together to achieve the collective."

Hurts is not messing around and wants to see the Eagles' response

This isn't the first time the Eagles have been knocked down the way they have against the Cowboys. They had a two-game losing streak at one point with back-to-back losses to the Denver Broncos and New York Giants. Philly was able to get everything right against the Minnesota Vikings and sparked a four-game winning streak in the process.

There are a lot of questions on the team currently. The biggest one is how Eagles offensive coordinator Kevin Patullo will get this offense rolling consistently. Philly's defense has injuries in the secondary, and how they will fight through losing Andrew Mukuba for what could be most of, if not the whole season, due to a fractured ankle.

Hurts has questions surrounding him, as does the starting quarterback, despite one of his better starts of the season for the Eagles. This has been common, though, with people questioning him as a pure passer and whether he can be the long-term starter for this team.

Yes, last week was nasty, and Eagles fans can only pray it never happens again. One thing about this team and having Hurts run this franchise as the leader: they are resilient and can fight through anything.
