All questions about the Philadelphia Eagles in the 2026 NFL Draft have centered on the wide receiver position and what will be done there.
Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown is reportedly more than likely going to be traded after June 1, leaving the door open for Philly to select a wide receiver in the draft. There are a lot of possibilities, but one that might happen could make for an insane storyline for the Eagles.
Arizona State wide receiver Jordyn Tyson confirmed with the media that he did have a 30-visit with the Eagles, according to The Philadelphia Inquirer's Devin Jackson. Tyson shared during the visit that he played HORSE with Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni and beat him, while also using the “lobster machine” tennis-ball shooter with wide receiver coach Aaron Moorehead.
Jordyn Tyson confirmation might lead Eagles to wanting to go big on draft night
At first, the buzz around Tyson being a top-10 pick was dying out, with concerns about him rising. After his workout with NFL teams last week, the narrative shifted to him once again being a top-10 pick.
Tyson made 136 receptions for 1,812 yards and 18 touchdowns in his final two seasons with the Sun Devils, as he got first-team All-Big 12 selections in 2024 and 2025. He was considered to be one of the top receivers going into the draft.
This leaves an interesting scenario for Eagles general manager Howie Roseman on the first night of the draft. If Philly is high on Tyson and the potential he brings, the Eagles might have to consider making a move up into the top 10 to go get him. That would most likely require them getting rid of a 2027 first-round pick to get it done.
The good part is that the Eagles could get a first-round pick from the New England Patriots in 2027 as part of the Brown trade. That leaves Roseman room to be creative and bring in a top receiver talent like Tyson.

Philly has other needs on the roster they need to address, like the offensive line, edge rusher, and safety, but if they get Tyson for the future, the Eagles' offense will be stacked.
