Philadelphia Eagles fans are pretty much ready to see wide receiver A.J. Brown walk out the door soon enough, which could mean the 2026 NFL Draft is where the team finds a long-term replacement for him.
The Eagles have been busy this offseason preparing for life without Brown, as they added Marquise "Hollywood" Brown and Elijah Moore in free agency. Last week, they executed a trade with the Green Bay Packers to acquire Dontayvion Wicks.
One other option that has been popping up of late is Arizona State wide receiver Jordyn Tyson potentially dropping in the draft to them or at least getting close enough to trade up for him. The Eagles clearly showed they have interest in him, as NFL insider Jordan Schultz said they were among at least 20 teams at Tyson's workout.

Tyson has been an elite receiver over the last two years at Arizona State, catching 136 passes for 1,812 yards and 18 touchdowns. He received first-team All-Big 12 selections in both seasons.
Many believe that since Wicks was traded for, the Eagles would be too crowded at wide receiver to bring one in during the NFL Draft. Anyone who knows general manager Howie Roseman knows he's not afraid to load up on a position with enough depth to not have any concerns.
While there are injury concerns about Tyson, his ability to play wide receiver is not. He would make the perfect sidekick for DeVonta Smith in the passing game and help quarterback Jalen Hurts have a target he can throw to over the next 4-5 years.

Philly has other positions they need to address in the NFL Draft: offensive line, tight end, safety, and edge rusher. That won't stop the Eagles from taking the best player available if Tyson is there.
