The countdown is on for the 2026 NFL Draft, and the Philadelphia Eagles have way too many decisions they need to make.

Going into it, there are several positions they could go in the first round, including offensive tackle, wide receiver, tight end, safety, or edge rusher. All those positions will have to be addressed at some point in the draft, but they might have to settle on one or two not getting addressed in the early rounds.

ESPN's Mel Kiper Jr., Matt Miller, Jordan Reid, and Field Yates combined on a three-round mock draft as they went through all 100 picks. The Eagles have four of those picks in the 2026 NFL Draft.

Who do the Eagles take with first four picks of the draft?

Reid made the 23rd overall pick for the Eagles as he likes them selecting Arizona State offensive tackle Max Iheanachor.

"Lane Johnson missed eight games last season, which caused the Eagles' offensive line to take a big step back. Iheanachor is a high-upside right tackle who could provide a succession plan at that spot."

Miller made the next selection for the Eagles with the 54th overall pick in the second round as he selected Alabama wide receiver, Germie Bernard.

"Wide receiver A.J. Brown's future is in question, but the Eagles need a WR3 no matter what happens with Brown after June 1. Bernard could do a little bit of everything in the Philly offense."

Now in the third round, Yates takes his turn with Philly as he has the Eagles picking Auburn edge rusher Keyron Crawford with the 68th overall pick from the New York Jets.

"Crawford is a supercharged athlete who finished fourth in the SEC in pressures this past season (41). The Eagles are always on the hunt for toolsy pass rushers."

With the compensatory pick at number 98, Miller was back to have the Eagles select Baylor tight end, Michael Trigg.

"Philly needs an upgrade at tight end with Dallas Goedert on the decline and set to be a free agent in 2027. Trigg has the speed and power to be a starter-level player."

This is not a bad draft haul from the Eagles if they go in this direction, but the fan base would probably prefer not to have an offensive tackle right away, with edge rusher and safety being the bigger concerns. If none of the top edge rushers are available, then they might have to settle for an offensive tackle and wait for the second or third round to get it.

Overall, though, this is a pretty good first three rounds for the Eagles.
