The Philadelphia Eagles need to address a lot of positions in the 2026 NFL Draft, but getting a pass rusher is pretty high on the list.

Losing Jaelan Phillips to the Carolina Panthers in free agency was already tough enough. The Eagles have Jalyx Hunt and Nolan Smith Jr. as the starters as would love to add one more in the draft after two signings in free agency.

FanSided's NFL insider Jason La Canfora shared his mock draft, where he has the Eagles taking Auburn edge rusher Keldric Faulk with the 23rd overall pick.

"Eagles need to reload their pass rush some, and it would be just like Howie Roseman to have Faulk fall into his lap."

Eagles predicted to select Keldric Faulk 23rd overall

Faulk is ranked 16th on FanSided's Big Board as he has been projected to be a top 20 pick in the draft, so seeing him drop to Philly at 23 would be a steal. He finished last year as a third-team All-SEC selection after racking up 29 tackles, four pass deflections, and two sacks.

The Eagles have interest in Faulk, as he recently confirmed to reporters that he was on a 30-visit with them. They need an edge rusher, and with the motor and pass-rushing ability that Faulk brings to the table, he would be great for them.

It would be a bit of a surprise for the Eagles to pass on an offensive lineman, as they need to find the eventual replacement for Lane Johnson at right tackle. Many mock drafts have predicted Philly going offensive line in the first round.

The Eagles are looking for help in the pass rush after the loss of Phillips, and Faulk could be the guy they can develop into a full-time starter in the future.
