Philadelphia Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni is one of the most demonstrative head coaches in the NFL, so for him to be the voice of reason?
Eagles fans might want to tune in for that.
After the Eagles' loss to the Chargers in Week 14, fans were understandably getting restless. You can't sit there and deny the reality -- at that point -- that the offense was struggling tremendously with five turnovers and a blown chance at winning in overtime due to an interception. But you can flush that game down the toilet, come back the next week, and take care of business.
Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni sends a message to upset fans after win vs. Raiders
Nick Sirianni says Jalen Hurts and the Eagles did not listen to angry fans and outside noise - just focused on getting right and a win against the Raiders

"If we rode the wave of the outside noise, then you're not able to do that (play 'Eagles' football)...I just thought we did a great job these last couple of weeks of zoning in on what we needed to do...going to work every single day and not letting outside circumstances dictate anything how we feel."
The Eagles bounced back after the loss to the Chargers with a dominating win over old friend Kenny Pickett and the Las Vegas Raiders. Nobody's moving aside a Lombardi in the trophy case to commemorate that win, but a shutout win in the NFL is tough to get no matter who you're going up against.
And the Eagles did it with Tanner McKee playing over 13 minutes of the game.
It's a testament to Sirianni keeping his locker room in check. There has been plenty of drama from within the locker room, plenty of noise from the media, and certainly a lot of noise from the fan base this season. There have been calls for coordinators to be fired, and there have been calls for Jalen Hurts to be benched.
At this point, Sirianni might be able to write a book after his coaching days on how to expertly tune out the noise.
And what he's talking about here is extremely important for all of the leaders on the team to hear. If you start listening to outside noise, you might begin to let it dictate how you approach your day-to-day work. In the NFL, there's really no time to cry over spilled milk. The Eagles lost to the Chargers in ugly fashion. The glass-half-full takeaway from that game is that you gave the ball away five times and still barely lost in overtime.

This is a team with championship aspirations, and they know what they're capable of. Even though it was against the Raiders, they bought themselves at least a week of silence from the most prominent critics with Week 15's win.
