For a lot of NFL players, they could be training this offseason for their last run at making a 53-man roster, which could very well be the case for Philadelphia Eagles defensive lineman Ta-Quon Graham.
The team announced that they are bringing Graham back for the 2026 offseason. He spent the last two months on the Eagles' practice squad during the 2025 campaign.
Graham was a former fifth-round pick of the Atlanta Falcons back in 2021. In 51 career games, Graham racked up 88 tackles, 13 quarterback hits, five tackles for loss, one sack, one forced fumble, and one fumble recovery.
Eagles bring back Ta'Quon Graham to the roster
Interestingly enough, Graham has spent his NFL career playing defensive tackle, but the Eagles have him listed as a defensive end. This could mean he could be doing a similar role to what Eagles legend Brandon Graham did last year, playing both tackle and end in defensive coordinator Vic Fangio's scheme.
It's going to be a challenge for Ta'Quon Graham to make the final 53-man roster with all the competition he has to face. At tackle, he's got Jalen Carter, Jordan Davis, Moro Ojomo, Byron Young, and Ty Robinson.
The chances of Graham making it are slim, given the tough competition, and it's likely another defensive lineman will be brought in during the draft. Eagles general manager Howie Roseman loves adding players up front every year to bring in young talent to develop, so there is a chance he could use a Day 3 pick on a lineman.

Phillly seems to have a good problem of being deep everywhere on the roster. It might be more of a challenge for Graham as he tries to keep his NFL career going, but he will have to defy the odds and have a great training camp.
