As NFL teams prepare for the Senior Bowl, the Philadelphia Eagles' defensive line coach, Clint Hurtt, who is serving as the head coach of the "National" team, announced his staff for the 2026 Senior Bowl.
Hurtt selected three Eagles staff members to help guide future NFL draft picks, on the sidelines, and from an operational standpoint.
Jemal Singleton, Offensive Coordinator
A veteran of the Air Force Academy, Singleton spent 11 seasons at his Alma Mater before joining Oklahoma State in 2011. Singleton spent one season at Arkansas (2015) before transitioning to the NFL with the Colts in 2016. He spent 2016 to 2020 with the Colts, Raiders, and Bengals before joining the Eagles in 2021, serving as Philadelphia's running backs coach and assistant head coach. Singleton has spent the majority of his career as a running backs coach.
Cole Peterson, Operations
Peterson just finished his first season with the Eagles and his first season in the NFL. He currently serves as "assistant to the head coach," assisting with various activities and tasks at the direction of head coach Nick Sirianni. Prior to Philadelphia, Peterson has had stops at UAB (Executive Director of Football Operations), Indiana (Asst. Director of FB Ops/Asst. to HC), and Youngstown State (Director of FB Ops/Player Personnel Dir). His father, John Peterson, was a football coach for over 33 years.
Molly Rottinghaus, Operations
Rottinghaus serves as the Eagles' football operations coordinator, completing her first year with the Eagles. She previously spent time at the University of Wisconsin, serving as an assistant to the head coach (Luke Fickell) and as a football recruiting specialist from 2022 to 2025.
