The Philadelphia Eagles are most likely going to be looking at bringing in the future of the offensive line in the 2026 NFL Draft.
Eagles right tackle Lane Johnson and left guard Landon Dickerson almost retired from the NFL during the offseason, leaving the team to start thinking about what to do when they are done. Many mock drafts have the Eagles taking an offensive lineman in the first round.
To see who the Eagles want to bring in from the draft, NFL insider Ian Rapoport reported that Texas A&M guard Chase Bisontis has 15 30-visits scheduled, with one of them being with the Eagles. Last year, Bisontis was a third-team All-SEC selection for the Aggies.
Eagles have visit with offensive lineman Chase Bisontis
Bisontis is considered one of the top offensive linemen in the NFL Draft and could more than likely be a top 20 pick. There might be more attention on the offensive tackles for the draft, so that might cause Bisontis to drop in the draft.
It would be interesting for the Eagles to take a guard over a tackle, as the more pressing issue is finding a successor to Johnson rather than Dickerson. Johnson is in his late 30s and much closer to retirement, while Dickerson is more about his health.
Could the Eagles consider moving Bisontis to tackle or use him as a swing lineman, where he plays guard and tackle? He's got great ability to move around on the line, but the Eagles would be wise to keep him at the position that has helped him become a first-round projection.
A move like that, though, would make some fans wonder why go for the guard over the tackle and whether anything is going to change in the background. It would be an interesting decision that would make Eagles fans uncomfortable about the future.

Offensive line is going to be a focus for the Eagles in the draft, and Bisontis would just be one of the potential two or three linemen that might get selected in the draft.
