And, just like that, the short week concludes with a game. The Philadelphia Eagles FINALLY get to play at home. The opponent is familiar. It's also one of the surprises of the season. Welcome the 7-3 Washington Commanders.

Following Dan Quinn's hire and the decision to draft Jayden Daniels, we thought a new day might dawn for this NFC East rival. We just didn't think the sun would begin shining so quickly.

Here comes the first of the annual pair of meetings between two proud franchises.

Eagles vs. Commanders Week 11 inactives

Jordan Mailata is back after being elevated from the injured reserve. A few hours before kickoff, C.J. Uzomah was elevated from the practice squad.

As far as the depth chart is concerned, Uzomah will serve as the third tight end. Dallas Goedert will start. Grant Calcaterra is the backup.

This is Uzomah's Eagles debut. He'll be rocking the No. 47 jersey. Vinny Curry officially retires as an Eagle. 90 minutes before kickoff, Philly and Washington announced their Week 11 inactives.
