Once the Philadelphia Eagles returned to work, they didn't waste any time in giving us much to talk about. QB1 Jalen Hurts has removed both the sleeve and the brace from his leg. We learned that Jason Kelce is sexy while putting a capper on Philly's bye week. We have also spent the past few days discussing the injury report. This time around, however, it isn't as full as it has been for most of this season.

According to Saturday's injury report, despite having a 21-day practice window opened on Tuesday, Justin Evans is still working his way back from a knee injury and will sit out of Monday Night's game.

Grant Calcaterra (concussion) and Bradley Roby were both full participants. That brings us to a couple of Eagles starters.

Eagles injury report: Philly adds Cam Jurgens back to the active roster.

Cam Jurgens is back. Philadelphia announced that he has been activated from the injured reserve and is now on the active roster.

By all accounts, he figures to start versus the Kansas City Chiefs. He has missed the past five games. No one well complain about that news.

More Eagles injury news: Philly never added Dallas Goedert to their injured reserve.

Here's an interesting nugget. There's a possibility that Philly's star tight end Dallas Goedert could make a return to the Eagles lineup sooner than expected. The Eagles never added him to the injured reserve which would have disqualified him from appearing in any of the next four games.

He is working his way back from a forearm fracture. He has been present at Eagles practice. He was also featured in the most recent episode of the highly-popular Unscripted series, but as you might expect, head coach Nick Sirianni isn't telling us much.

Check out some of the highlights below.

Goedert is a major part of the Eagles offensive machine. Philly went undefeated in his absence last season. Fingers are crossed that they'll have similar success this season. They'll need it. This coming stretch of games is brutal.
