The Philadelphia Eagles reminded everyone they're the team to beat in the NFC when they handled the Miami Dolphins on Sunday Night Football in Week 7.

Now, they hit the road to take on the Washington Commanders in a rematch of their Week 4 overtime win. Can they get the victory in more comfortable fashion this time around? I think so and I'll break down why I think that later in this article.

Eagles vs. Commanders key players to watch

Philadelphia Eagles

A.J. Brown: The Eagles No. 1 receive has been on an unbelievable run over the past six weeks. He has surpassed 100 yards in all of those games and he's coming off a performance where he hauled in 10 receptions for 137 yards and a touchdown. The last time he faced the Commanders, he recorded nine receptions for 175 yards and two touchdowns. We may get a repeat performance from him on Sunday.

Washington Commanders

Jonathan Allen: The Commanders' defensive lineman was vocal after their loss to the Giants last week, and I expect him to have a big performance on Sunday as a result. He has already recorded 3.0 sacks on the season along with 28 total tackles. Keep an eye on him to make a few plays against the Eagles.

Eagles vs. Commanders prediction and pick

I don't expect this game to be as close as their Week 4 meeting. The Eagles seemed to have a wake up call against the Jets because they came out firing with their "A" game for the first time this season when they trounced the Dolphins on Sunday Night Football.

Not only that, but this game is a stylistic nightmare for the Commanders. Their offense is allowing a sack on 13.51% of Sam Howell's dropbacks, which is the second highest rate in the NFL. Now, they have to take on one of the best pass rushes in the league in the Eagles, who already recorded five sacks in their first meeting.

The Commanders have also struggled to stop the run at times this season, ranking 23rd in opponent yards per carry, allowing 4.4 yards per rush. Philadelphia should have no issue on the ground against this defense on Sunday.

I think the Eagles run away with this game and win in sweat-free fashion.
