Finalizing the Philadelphia Eagles' projected roster with familiar faces and UDFAs in the secondary and special teams.

Cornerback (6)

James Bradberry IV, Avonte Maddox, Zech McPhearson, Kelee Ringo, Darius Slay Jr., Greedy Williams

Darius Slay and James Bradberry were among the top outside cornerback duos in 2022, and the Eagles hung on to the pair by giving them each new contracts that the players were happier with. Avonte Maddox is also slated to return as Philadelphia's slot specialist in 2022, and as long as the trio stays healthy, they have a chance to be the best cornerback trio in the NFL in 2023.

Newcomer Greedy Williams, who signed a one-year $1.35 million deal with the Eagles in March. Alongside rookie fourth-rounder Kelee Ringo, they help round out the rest of the depth chart on the final roster.

The Eagles also entered 2022 with six cornerbacks on their 53-man roster, and of the remaining cornerbacks, Eli Ricks appears to have the most upside over players such as Josh Jobe and Mekhi Gardner. Jobe proved to be valuable on special teams last season. Don't be shocked if he makes the squad, but Zech McPhearson seems to have found his place as the backup slot corner.
