Who knew mock drafts could be so much fun? Every year, we tell ourselves that we're ignoring the discussions when they come up. Every year, we raise our antennae when those topics arise. Maybe it was the announcement that the Philadelphia Eagles would be awarded compensatory picks. We had to guess what they'd do with them, right?

Here we are. With free agency on the horizon, we give in to the temptation to look ahead. We offered a few theories after the NFL Scouting Combine wrapped. Here we go again. Something tells us we'll change our minds about much of what we will say.

Okay! Here goes nothing.

Round 1, Pick 22 - Chop Robinson, EDGE, Penn State

Good character... Check! ... Work ethic... Check! Chop Robinson is everything the Philadelphia Eagles need in their locker room. When was the last time the Eagles took a Penn State edge rusher? Wait! Wasn't that Shareef Miller?

Don't let Miller's failures cloud your judgment though. Chop only played in seven games for the Nittany Lions last season or his stock might be higher. That's okay though. He still racked up 15 tackles, four sacks, two forced fumbles and a pass breakup.

Keep an eye on him. With that, we move on to Day 2.
