For the record, we were just as disappointed in Saquon Barkley's drop as anyone else. Hey, we were just as disappointed as Saquon was, but here's the thing. Not once, did we feel any anger or animosity. Seriously, how could we blame him for Monday Night Football's collapse?

There was no need as Philly would have had zero shot of winning without him. There was another feeling that followed, the typical 'put that one behind you' theory.

We all knew Saquon would have plenty of opportunities to make up for his late drop on third down. Guess what? Atonement came in Week 3.

Saquon Barkley takes every Eagles fan's breath away with an amazing 65-yard TD run.

Week 3 didn't unfold as we all thought it might. Two amazing offenses... Two of the game's best offensive play callers... Offensive stars and skill players everywhere... Somehow, we were delivered a phenomenal defensive performance by Vic Fangio's unit.

Early in the fourth quarter, Philly's offense hadn't scored a point. Saquon Barkley took care of that on a second-and-five scenario in the final stanza.

Birds fans painted the Big Easy green this weekend. Here's how things looked from Eagles superfan EROCK's view.

Saquon's 65-yard TD run was his longest since his second year in the NFL. It doubles as the longest in pro football this season. He has long been forgiven for his drop in Week 2. If he stays healthy, this season will end with some phenomenal numbers. He's been a joy to watch in the midnight green.
