Entering Week 14 of the NFL season, the Philadelphia Eagles are on a two-game losing streak and looking to get back on track.
The Eagles sit with a 8-4 record and in first place in the NFC East. They are still in the running for the NFC's top seed with a game behind the Los Angeles Rams, but need to win out.
With the schedule the way it is, can the Eagles achieve that? Here's a look at the predictions for the final five games of the season:
Predicting the Eagles' final five games of 2025 season
Philadelphia Eagles vs. Los Angeles Chargers - Week 14
- Date: Monday, December 8
- Time: 8:15 p.m. EST
- Venue: SoFi Stadium
- Channel: ABC/ESPN
The Chargers are getting healthy at the right time, but Justin Herbert's injury does leave some interesting questions entering the game. Philly is in must-win mode to stay alive in the NFC playoff picture as they chase the number one seed. This won't be a pretty game, but the Eagles thrive off of games like these and should be able to get a stellar performance from their defense, carrying them.
Prediction: Eagles 21, Chargers 18 (Record: 9-4)
Las Vegas Raiders vs. Philadelphia Eagles - Week 15
- Date: Sunday, December 14
- Time: 1:00 p.m. EST
- Venue: Lincoln Financial Field
- Channel: FOX
Of any game where the offense can come alive, it should be against the Raiders, who are among the worst teams in the NFL. This is one that might end up as the second New York Giants game where Saquon Barkley has a vintage game, and Jalen Hurts gets back on track. If the Eagles lose this one, fans can call the season a wrap.
Prediction: Eagles 31, Raiders 14 (Record: 10-4)
Philadelphia Eagles vs. Washington Commanders - Week 16
- Date: Saturday, December 20
- Time: 5:00 p.m. EST
- Venue: Northwest Stadium
- Channel: FOX
No matter who the opponent is, NFC East games are challenging, and it has been rough on the Eagles this season. Philly has gone 2-2 in the division, splitting the series with the Dallas Cowboys and the Giants. The Commanders are banged up and out of the playoff picture, but expect them to still be competitive to ruin the Eagles' season.
Prediction: Eagles 28, Commanders 24 (Record: 11-4)
Philadelphia Eagles vs. Buffalo Bills - Week 17
- Date: Sunday, December 28
- Time: 4:25 p.m. EST
- Venue: Highmark Stadium
- Channel: FOX
This is the toughest matchup remaining on the schedule as the Bills are coming off an impressive 39-34 win over the Cincinnati Bengals in the snow. Bills quarterback Josh Allen is heating up of late and looks to get himself back in the conversation for MVP. With how inconsistent this Eagles' offense is and the potential for the defense to struggle against Allen, this is not a great matchup for the Eagles.
Prediction: Bills 27, Eagles 17 (Record: 11-5)

- Date: TBD

- Venue: Lincoln Financial Field

At this point, five losses would be enough for the Eagles to be knocked out of contention for the number one seed in the NFC, but they should have the NFC East sealed up after the three-game winning streak. In past years, Sirianni would rest his starters for the postseason, so it will be interesting to see who is better between the Commanders' starters and the Eagles' backups.
Prediction: Commanders 20, Eagles 13 (Record: 11-6)
