As the Philadelphia Eagles prepare for their playoff matchup against the San Francisco 49ers, postseason accolades have begun to be awarded via media outlets.

Recently, Pro Football Focus announced its All-Pro team, with linebacker Zack Baun and cornerback Cooper DeJean earning first-team honors.

Two Eagles land on PFF's All-Pro team

There was no drop-off from Baun, who had a low-risk signing by Howie Roseman in 2024, who was able to "cash-in" in 2025 with a three-year $51 million contract. Baun continued to be one of the NFL's best linebackers, earning elite grades via PFF, including a coverage grade of 85.9. Baun finished the year with 123 tackles, seven tackles for loss, 3.5 sacks, and seven pass breakups (a career high) enroute to his second consecutive Pro Bowl.

In addition to Baun, Cooper DeJean also earned first-team All-Pro honors, as PFF has him rated as the best slot cornerback in the NFL. DeJean led all players in the NFL in PFF advanced coverage grades and earned a 79.0 in general coverage grade, per the website. In 16 games, DeJean recorded 93 tackles, four tackles for loss, 16 pass breakups, and two interceptions. DeJean was targeted 80 times this season, allowing a completion rate of 63.8%.

Surprisingly, Quinyon Mitchell did not earn first-team honors, earning a spot on PFF's second team. Mitchell has been consistently praised for his high level of play week in and week out, earning accolades throughout the 2025 NFL season. Mitchell, like DeJean and Baun, also earned Pro Bowl honors during the 2025 season.

The Eagles had three players earn PFF honors, to no one's surprise, all on the defensive side of the ball. With a corps of young players (specifically on defense), the Eagles have proven that the front office can evaluate and identify talent, while the coaching staff can develop it. The NFL will release its All-Pro team prior to the Super Bowl.
