Week 7 feels different from how it has been for the Philadelphia Eagles over the last two weeks, as there have been good vibes despite some imperative injuries to the team.

Philly released their latest Week 7 injury report, and it was mostly good news. Defensive tackle Jordan Davis (shoulder) and cornerback Quinyon Mitchell (hamstring) were full participants at practice. Linebacker Zack Baun was also a full participant with a new thumb injury that has popped up.

As for the players that were limited in practice, defensive tackle Jalen Carter (heel) and starting left guard Landon Dickerson (ankle) got some work in. The only player who was listed as DNP was tight end Grant Calcaterra, who is still dealing with the oblique injury he suffered in the 21-17 loss to the Denver Broncos.

Mitchell is fully at practice and on pace to start

The news of Mitchell being a full participant is fantastic news for Eagles fans, as he is the most important piece to the defense. He left the New York Giants game early with a hamstring injury, and the Eagles never looked the same with Adoree' Jackson and Kelee Ringo in there.

Some wonder whether Carter and Dickerson will play after both missed the Giants game. Carter has been insistent that he will play, but it's unknown whether Dickerson will join him.

It might be almost safe to assume that Calcaterra is not going to play for the second consecutive game. That will mean Kylen Granson will be Dallas Goedert's backup once again. Not a bad option to have at TE2.

Progress was made at practice, and all Eagles fans are just relieved to see Mitchell there. Friday will be the big one to see whether Philly will escape with Mitchell, Carter, and Dickerson all playing in Week 7 against the Minnesota Vikings.
